SUMMARY- MY OWN OPINION
With this book I have learnt that this "new teaching way" let students to be adapted with the pace of work of whole classroom, the different learning aproaches, and the diverse of resources that are preformance at their fingertips.
At the beggining we can see how it shows that in the world are a lot of differences ( i think that the world is diversity, whole of it is diverse).
In each classroom we can notice that are different students some of them are more intelligent, some have shame, some are always on the moon, some are from different countries, some have different religion, thoughts..., some do always hard work but don't get high scores... so this diverse is the base of this new structure.
This diversity is present in classrooms and studens must learn that this is like a tool that will benefit them in their daily life.
And in this book we can realize how teaching in a diversity classroom (how classrooms have been always.), is the biggest oportunity for teachers to implement these different tools that are shown in this book.
What i have understood like the purpose of the book is that students and the teacher have to be linked, that the teacher help them in everything, and during the year he is doing an evaluation of each students ( because is more important the process , step by step, the effort, the enthusiasm...).
An other point that is too important is that the teacher has to do activities where students put all their attention on it because if not is because the teacher hasn't select the correct activity for all students, so he should evaluate the development of the class and try to make activities that make children put all their attention on you.
Make groups of students that are in different "levels" is a great way to their own learning because they can share more information, values, thoughts... and contrast it.
To me this has been the most important of this book that try to teach teachers to teach .
Students with difficulties have the biggest oportunity with this kind of teaching.
